Delivery

We have a standard delivery charge of £5.00 (UK mainland, £30 for Northern Ireland) for each order.

Delivery times vary between 2 and 28 days depending on stock availability. We have most items in stock but sometimes certain items are made to order and can take several days to deliver. If there is going to be a delay in sending your order we will tell you.

If you require an item urgently or by a certain date please contact us. If we are unable to meet the required delivery date we will tell you.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return goods to us please contact us within seven working days by e-mail returns@accessatlast.com or by post to the address below;

You will have to pay for the return of the goods in safe and appropriate packaging. We do recommend that you use a service that requires a signature upon delivery. If you would like us to collect the goods then this may be possible; there will be a charge for this service. Please contact us to discuss.

When we receive the returned goods if they are found to be unused, not damaged and in the original packaging we will offer a full refund less any collection charges where these apply.

Please note that we are unable to exchange or refund certain items due to hygiene reasons or if the item was specially made for you.
