The entrance manual doors are 2000mm wide when both doors are opened and there is a disabled room on every floor. The room entrance is 825mm wide and the rooms are very clean and simplistically laid out.

The beds facilitate a hoist, as there is a gap of 140mm from floor to bed base. Rooms have a door to next room if access needed by assistant carers.

The bathroom door is 820mm wide with a roll-in shower, which has a drop down chair. The standard height toilet has grab rails either side. The sink has 710mm space for Wheelchair users to get under.
