Summary: Our B&B has been designed to be fully inclusive, no matter the ability. We've recently (2011) built a second building with a fully accessible double and twin room with ensuite in each room. The views are breathtaking and the accommodation is beautiful. We look forward to meeting you.

There is a patio area to have tea and read your book. Location Distance to nearest Town: 1 miles Is an unspoilt area in South Cumbria which offers some superb Lake District scenery, four miles from Grange-over-Sands with it's Victorian and Edwardian architecture and many attractions, not least the popular promenade starting by the ornamental gardens. We are six miles from the southern end of lake Windermere and eight miles from Bowness-on-Windermere.The new lambs are gamboling and the wild daffodils and primroses are out, spring is definitely in the air. Additional Services FREE FISHING, We provide two permits to fish on local WADAA waters free (worth £15.00 for trout waters and £6.00 for coarse waters per day) for more information on the fishing sites go to www.lakedistrictfishing.net.
