This accommadation is located on a quiet beach with the river Adur behind and the sea in front this makes this a super setting for those who like water and is safe for swimming and other activities. The old town of Shoreham by Sea is set on the river Adur with the back drop of the South Downs and is only a 12 minet walk away. This pretty old town has loads of history as well as being a host to regular Farmers

• This beach is situated in front of the town Shoreham has lots of history especially Boat Building It has lots of old cottages and good resturants. Set in front of the south downs this is a very scenic area to come and stay with views to hills contryside sea and river. Exploreing the town is fun as it has some very interesting shops and Museam. Lots to see wth the fishing sailing and commercial boats. Of course good fish too and certain resturants pride themselves on serving up Mussels Crabs Lobsters and much more. This is a very flat town with good access.Ypu can also now should you wish Fly to Paris frm Shorehams tiny airport flights twice daily.

Plus lots of national trust properties to view including Bodiam Castle one of the most bueatiful of all castles in England. Visit Arundel castle too in the pretty town of Arundel or the stunning gardens at Nymens. Pop into Brighton with its Oceanlife centre Piers theatres and cosmopolitan society. Alternatively just watch the sea or boats on the sea and river and please visit our harbour and fort just 5min walk from Palm Tree. In the evening watch the sunsets and listen to the sea. You can actually get right onto the beach here with the accessible concrete path enabling you to get another 100metres onto the beach. Views to the East and the surrounding cliffs severn sisters.
