A spacious adaptable three bedroom bungalow with 1 wet-room en-suite, 1 specialist bath, a large farmhouse kitchen, large lounge/diner and conservatory. Set in own pet secure grounds with large patio having views of England, Wales and our 12th century castle. Suits families of any age and equipped with everything you may use at home, local welcome pack and often forgotten extras. All linen and towels provided plus washing powders etc. Well behaved assistance and companion dogs most welcome.

The apartment is tastefully decorated with a fully-equipped kitchenette with space under the sink, dining table and chairs, sofa and armchairs, TV, radio, stereo, pellet stove for chilly winter evenings. Electric shutters can be closed for privacy or temperature control. Maneuvering is easy in the spacious bedroom and wetroom-style bathroom, both at the back.

  • Dine or sun-bathe on your wooden terrace, gaze at the stars (no street lamps), find your special place on the grounds. Birds are welcome in this LPO Refuge (Bird Life affiliate). A flotation device allows complete freedom in the 12x5 m. enclosed swimming pool.
  • Distance to nearest Town: 2 miles
  • Roussillon, one of the most beautiful villages in France, is 45 minutes from Avignon, 90 minutes from Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Arles, two hours from the Mediterranean Sea. The village of 1,500 that Samuel Beckett called home in ‘42-’44, sits atop the many-hued outcrop that gives Roussillon its name. Celto-Ligurians were here before the Romans founded Apta Julia in -54 as near-by Gordes attests. Sit at a cafe terrase and contemplate the view of the Mt. Ventoux (1,909 m.).
