• The longere and cottage form a south facing L shape. There is ample off road parking and natural garden sitting areas. The main entrance has one step with a ramp for wheelchair access. Once inside there is level access throughout the downstairs and out to the back patio. The driveway is made of small compacted chippings.

• The living area consists of a dining sitting room 35 sq m and an adjoining open plan well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is a large wooden table which can seat up to twelve and a wood burner set in the original fire place. There are plenty of easy chairs. All interior doors on the downstairs level are at least 90cm wide and there is a patio door leading to outside sitting area from the kitchen.

• The longere and cottage are set in nearly one acre of ground which is ring fenced at the back. There is parking to the front with sitting areas. There is a patio area to the back with wheelchair access. There is an area behind the longere where the grass is cut regularly and a larger area to the side. The grassy areas are not wheelchair accessible.

• Josselin is an histotical town of character situated on the Nantes Brest Canal. From this central location it is possible to enjoy the varied attractions the region has to offer. Josselin is famous for its magnificant chateau situated by the canal and beautiful town centre with medieval 17th century timber framed buildings. The Saturday morning market brings the otherwise sleepy town to life and there are many open air cafes and restaurants. Situated inland in the Morbihan region where the roads are quiet for exploring the countryside and neighbouring towns but still within easy reach of Carnac and Quiberron for fantastic beaches

• There is also the option for larger parties to rent the adjoining cottage which sleeps 4. This is not wheelchair accessible but ideal for family gatherings. In total the longere and cottage can sleep 12 adults, 2 child put up beds and a travel cot.
