• Sautcot Farm is set on a seven acre plot with lawns, vegetable gardens, mature trees, and pasture. Adjacent to the Gite and main house are extensive areas of level, accessible south and easterly facing terracing and patios. Most areas of the farm are accessible from hard surface paths and tracks.

• Sautcot Farm is 3 miles from the market town of Airesurl'Adour. The nearest large supermarket is 2 miles away. Explore the local area with its vineyards and armangnac producers, market towns and ancient bastides, and enjoy the abundance of fetes and festivals throughout the year. We are within easy reach of the Pyrenees, the Atlantic beaches at Mimizan, Biscarosse and Biarritz, the towns of Lourdes, Pau and Spain for days out.

Oxygen, hoists and other specialist equipment is available locally - please lets us know your requirements. BBQ facilities available on site. Smoking allowed on site, but not in the accomodation please.
