• The Great Room is the main lounge area of the villa, spacious and comfortable where you can relax after a fabulous day enjoying the sights and sounds of Florida. The Great Room also has a sofa bed. The villa has two dining areas. One is designed to be a more formal separate Dining Room ,whereas there is also an informal dining area which has been beautifully incorporated into the kitchen design.

• There is a wonderful generously sized patio area with a selection of sun loungers and other patio furniture. The villa boasts it\'s own private extra large non chlorine heated pool and jacuzzi which looks out onto the lake and conservation area. A shower chair and pool hoist is available on request.

• The villa is a modest 20 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and only 9 miles from the entrance of Walt Disney World which is an absolute must for everyone in your party and not just the children! Orange Tree is not only ideally situated for the attractions in the area but is perfect for getting onto all the major routes in and out of Orange Tree, enabling you and your party to easily navigate the area and make the most of your stay in Florida.
