• From the front door through the formal lounge, dining room, family room and kitchen it is all a huge open plan space giving great wheelchair access. The kitchen contains everything you may need away from home including oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, fridge with ice machine and even a blender for those evening cocktails! There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer leading out to the garage which has an electric door opener for easy access.

• The rear of the property faces due south and is covered by a mesh screen to protect you from Florida's insect population. The pool is an above average 30 x 15 feet with a jacuzzi spa. Shade is no problem under our 35 foot'Out of Africa' style covered porch enjoying the conservation area view and the wildlife that comes and goes. Villa's with this kind of view and not overlooked by other properties are rare.

• Situated on Grand Reserve close to the Champions Gate development. A small, peaceful gated community of exclusive homes. In an excellent location close to the theme parks, hundreds of restaurants and a large supermarket on the door step. All this while situated on a conservation reserve. It doesn't get any better than this! Orlando International Airport and Orlando Sanford are both about 35-45 minutes easy drive away. Disney World is just a couple of junctions away from the villa on Interstate 4, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios a couple of junctions beyond Disney. Just a short hop from the villa (approx 2 minutes by car) you will find a large Supermarket, McDonalds, Chemist, and a championship golf course! A few minutes further on and you will find the incredible Highway 192 offering every type of restaurant you could imagine.

• We provide all of our equipment at no extra charge (hire charges for hoists,chairs and beds can cost around $150 per item per week - just consider the extra cost if you had to pay this in addition to the villa rental as is the case in other holiday homes), We have a wheel-in shower chair, both electric and hydrolic portable hoists also a king size profiling electric bed with bed raisers available to be fitted ready for your arrival. Lots of other equipment such as a US voltage adapter to allow use of a UK charger your wheelchair battery, floatation aids for the pool, atoilet seat raiser and a small bed guard.
