• The villa is set amongst olive groves in a peaceful setting with its own grounds facing the sea. There are gentle paths through the gardens, with water feature, pergola and BBQ area. There is an outdoor pool with a hoist and large car parking area.

• Distance to nearest Town: 7 miles
• We are close to a small traditional greek village with pretty gardens adorned with flowers and interesting churches We are 5 minutes drive from the sea with Blue flag beach, mini markets and local tavernas. The main town of Argostoli with its visiting yachts and shopping precinct is 20 minutes drive. There are many pretty beaches and stunning scenery to see. Night life is low key and usually spent eating outdoors at a taverna some of which have greek dancing.

• This villa is ideal for a get away from it all peaceful holidays and is in a very private setting. Complementary therapies are available on site - hypnotherapy, reiki and life coaching. Friendly advice is available from resident British owners. As a teacher of pupils with special needs I have some insight into the needs of visitors requiring accessible accomodation and our property was biult in 2006 with the Disability Act in mind. It is also suitable for families and mobile guests alike. It is an ideal opportunity to visit a greek island with its unique culture and scenery, knowing that your comfort and enjoyment is important to us.
