• There are several places to visit and explore around the area, cultural, historical architectural. Great places to eat and drink, with the French being obsessional about food! Many water sports are available - sailing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing.. Also more extreme sports such as sand karting, etc. Local markets are a tradition and you can buy anything from socks through to souvenirs. In the summer months many towns and bars have live entertainment in the evenings which you can enjoy whilst taking part in the european pastime that is known as "cafe culture", sitting, chatting, drinking and eating whilst you watch the world go by!
