Hi, I am the MD of accessatlast limited and a paraplegic. My hands for the last 15 years have been an issue, my wife always complained about them being too rough, but not any longer. You were right; the hand cream is really doing the trick. His "lump of concrete" on the heel of his hand where he holds his chair when playing sport has reduced by about half its size so far, and it is definitely on its way altogether!!
