The award winning Molift Smart for "Design Excellence" sets an entirely new standard for portable electric hoists/lifts. This small and compact hoist/lift is excellent for a variety of situation where people need assistance to be lifted or transferred. The legs are manually adjustable. Once you've used this, you won't want to use another type of hoist/lift.

Foldable and easily stowed away; this excellent product can be divided into 2 without the need for tools. Perfect for carers and nurses as it protects your back as you can roll it along or break it down to carry easily and effortlessly.

Excellent lifting height; The Molift Smart does the same job as traditional hoist/lifters, including the lifting of clients who are on the floor. The 4 point suspension prevent the service user from spinning and assists perfect assistance to seating and lying positions as the sling loops glide into a natural position during the lifting.

Low weight; The Molift Smart is very user friendly. It has a slow stop / Start, 2 lifting speeds and a counter for no. of lifts (helpful to ensure when it actually needs servicing.

Review

The molift smart portable hoist is brilliant; it is far better than the mobile hoists we have used previously which are slow heavy and unweildly. The way it folds up is ingenious and you don't have to dismantle it (just take out the power pack) so you haven't got lots of pieces to transport. It is fairly lightweight (my 18 year-old son could lift it in and out of taxis and trains on his own) and it wheels along easily with conveniently placed handles. In use it is extremely manoevrable and smooth; it has two lifting speeds and is very quiet. The spreader bar can be moved up out of the way after hoisting and stays in any position (which stops the carer accidentally hitting their head on it!) The recharger is neat and convenient (although the power pack in my suitcase nearly caused a security alert at the eurostar check-in x-ray machine !). It is the next best thing to ceiling hoists and it means that we can now stay at virtually any hotel.

Review

Very impressed, it took only seconds to slot the upright into position, and after charging the battery for only one hour (my carer couldn't wait any longer) I was being lifted out of my wheelchair and back in again a couple of times. It is lightweight, portable, and very easy to put together, the operation is quiet and the whole thing is very manoeuvrable, it folds away in seconds, and can be stored vertically. By far the best hoist I have seen or tried so far.

Hi Steve and all your staff Just a short message of thanks to you for getting my Molift Smart hoist to me prior to our holiday. The difference it made was enormous, it packs away so easily and my wife, who is quite petit, handles it well with only a little effort when getting it in and out of the car. It transports to and from hotel rooms comfortably and is reassembled quickly ready for use. This means that for short stays away we do not need a disabled room just a fairly large accessible room. Thanks once again for all your help Gerry Wood
